iPictPicker is a small and simple application that allows the user to choose a picture or take a new one and immediately upload this picture to a picture upload website using Twitter credentials.
Currently the the following photo services are supported: Twitpic, Posterous and Tweetphoto.
To upload a picture a Twitter account is required.
