A guide of Paros, an island of the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea (Greece), featuring useful information and a lot of pictures, as it is also intended to tease you until you go and visit this extraordinary archipelago, one of the cradles of civilization and a crossroads between Europe and Asia, East and West.

It has been created by fusions.ch, a non-profit organization maintaining and developing a huge webportal dedicated to culture and tourism in Switzerland, but going a little beyond the borders and featuring a special section devoted to the Cyclades.

To use this app, you don't need to be connected, except for maps, Wikipedia pages, and links to the Cyclades section of our webportal. It is fully iPhone compatible, but to get the best of it you should use it with an iPad!

It features photos of the most beautiful spots of Paros and Antiparos (with bonus previews of a dozen other wonderful islands), tips and tricks, information about Greek food and wines, a detailed Greek alphabet (very useful to read road signs and wine labels!), many useful web links (ferry schedules and much more), and even information about where to find Greek products in Switzerland to taste again the flavors of your holidays.

This app is part of the iSwitzerland Free iOS Apps Series produced by fusions.ch, check the other ones if you need cultural and touristic info about Switzerland too!
