Application Description
An app for inventory clerks & estate agents for tracking property keys taken and returned.
A simple form that takes the property address, the agent name and town, details of the keys taken or returned with a total for the number of keys and key tag number if applicable.
You can take a photo of the keys from inside the app and then it allows a signature to be taken directly on the screen by the person receiving them from you.
The app uses a date & time stamp for keys taken and returned and also at the time the signature is taken.
When the form is complete it sends a pdf email version for archiving or forwarding on to the agent as proof of keys taken and returned. Each log is kept until deleted by the user.
The app has the option to add a company logo, company name, email address and telephone number to the pdf from the settings page.
We have further functionality to be added in the next update.
