Intriga is a mobile application intended to improve your support and service, reduce roaming charges, and provide you with additional visibility into device requests and costs.

Call us easier
The number on the home screen is your company’s mobility support phone number. Click the phone number, and it will start dialling!

Log a Request Quicker
Need help? Want to get a new device for an employee? Use the question mark icon, to submit a request for help directly and your support team will contact you.

Communicate Better
If you are interested in the status of any outstanding requests, you can check on that too. Click the question mark, then “view your requests”, and then “request an update” we’ll call you. You can also see who was working on your request last.

Travelling Cheaper
Did you forget to add a roaming package before you left? Don’t worry, we’ll call you. If your company has subscribed to it, the radio tower icon will notify your support team when you take your device outside of your home carrier network. We’ll call you or add the appropriate roaming features for you.

Costs, Costs, Costs
Clicking the dollar sign icon will bring up statistics on your device usage and cost during the last billing period. These are carrier charges that were incurred on your device.
