Application Description
As a no-nonsense, quick to use and intuitive app, Interval Timer Pro-HD is THE latest and easiest to use personal timer for all of your training needs.
- Great for H.I.T, Tabata, Boxing, Circuits, Swimming Laps, Sprints - literally anything!
- Set up your ‘Work’ and ‘Rest’ periods and how many reps you want to do and you’re all set.
- Pause anytime during a workout and carry on from where you left off.
- Keep your iPhone in your pocket whilst you train and work out according to the custom sounds OR
- Place on the side and watch for a RED (work time) or GREEN (rest time) background - great when headphones can’t be used.
- Save up to 6 separate and unique routines
Chose from any of the following signal sounds:
- Voice
- Beeps
- Whistle
- Starter Gun
- Boxing Bell
- Chinese Gong
(We welcome suggestions for any other preferred sounds for future updates.)
Although this version is intended initially for the iPhone, IT CAN BE DOWNLOADED on the iPAD too and will work perfectly well. A dedicated custom iPad version is coming soon however! Watch this space!
