Application Description
InterAtlas for iPad and iPhone not only takes the atlas into 3D but also adds a rich interactive dimension.
When you launch the InterAtlas you are presented with a clean and beautiful 3D globe centred on where you are in the world. Swipe to move around, pinch and zoom in.
Tap to reveal borders and cities. Tap again to hide - see only what you would like to - with no pre-written information to clutter your view.
This is not only a more beautiful way to see our world, it is also much more conducive to learning. Look at a region and think of what it could be, then tap on it to see if you are correct.
InterAtlas for iPad also features a unique 'constellation' graph where you can compare stats of any country, state, city or ocean - visually.
PLEASE NOTE: This version is rated 17+ because it features un-filtered YouTube, Flicker, Twitter, Lonely Planet and outside links in Wikipedia. If you are under 17 please purchase InterAtlas (not InterAtlas Pro, which is the version you are looking at).
