Application Description
The Insulin-Rx app is a calculator that converts pounds to kilograms and then determines insulin units/kg/day based on total daily insulin. It also calculates fixed basal and bolus insulin doses as well as carbohydrate-to-insulin ratio and insulin sensitivity (correction factor). It is intended for healthcare provider use.
