1 - First of all you need to sign in at Instagram in order to let Instafriends access your information
2 - After that, the app will request your followings and followers at the Instagram - this step might take some seconds - it depends how much followers and following you have
3 - Now you have a list of your friends, fans and followings :)

- Friends: Are the people who follow you and who you follow back
- Fans: Are the people who follow you and you don't follow they back
- Following: Are the people you follow but who aren't following you
