Ingram Micro will be launching its first mega-event in New Orleans – IM One. Event attendees will include reseller and vendor partners from five specific communities – VTN, SMB, Healthcare, Public Sector FED and System ArchiTECHS. The logic behind IM One, an integrated community and specialty audience event, is tied to several goals, including: better utilization of Ingram Micro resources, lessened costs and travel demands on vendor partners and solution providers, generating more buzz across Ingram Micro’s technology and community offerings, and creating an event unlike any other in the industry. In all, we’re striving to streamline interactions between our associates and our customers, and react to the ongoing convergence of technology, which is pushing our customers to cross sell more and more often. Having all of our Ingram Micro resources at one, integrated event helps to deliver that message of convergence and cross sell more effectively.
