InDigestion is an easy to use iOS app to generate in-silico digestions of proteins that are downloaded from the UniProt database. Based on user defined conditions, InDigestion will calculate a list of peptides, including their isotopic profile and fragmentation. No longer sequences need to be copied and pasted from website to website to obtain all peptide mapping information. Additionally, the app provides detailed information on each protein, including the complete sequence with features, a hydropathy plot, references, comments and more.
