This application will allow you to quickly capture incidents and rapidly categorise them. The categories are defined by you. GPS is used to determine the location of the incident and the inbuilt camera allows you to record a photo of the incident. You can also choose a photo from your photo roll. Photos are saved as lightly compressed jpg to save space. Once all the information has been collected you can then email the incident. Settings allow you to store a commonly used recipient address.

The incident is well categorised and the email follows a strict structure. It is well-placed to be received into an organisation's database.
