This app is designed to remind you to contact people in your address book at a frequency that suits you. You can move people into a contact frequency and then how or whether you contact them is up to you.

It makes keeping in contact easier.
Hint for young players: ensure that you really think about who you want to be reminded of or your phone will be constantly reminding you, which could get super annoying.

How the app works?
Contacts –
Move contacts from your address book into the frequency you would like to stay incahoots. Maybe you want to touch base with someone every 3 months, move him or her into the 3 months frequency.
If you no longer wish to be reminded about someone you can move them back into none and the reminders will be removed.
You can also move people between frequencies, for example from 3 months to 2 months.
You might have noticed the pop up telling you someone has been scheduled, it happens when you move someone into a contact frequency.
Schedule –
This shows you who are due to be contacted when.

Settings –
Only want to be reminded Monday through Friday, you can remove Saturday and Sunday under settings
Not keen on a week frequency, you can remove that from the options in settings
You can even choose what calendar it displays in, again under settings
