inBound™ Pro was designed with the user in mind. It takes advantage of “cloud storage”. After logging in, the user has a list of available custom forms for download and use. Once downloaded, forms can be utilized both on and off-line. Businesses can tailor the Forms list to reflect forms they want available to the user.

The ability to tab to the next field in the form, makes inBound™ Pro a rapid data entry and capture tool. The efficiency of the user is perfected since the work is happening in ‘real-time’. There is no switching between screens, waiting for the form to load, or to be saved. When the data is saved, the form creates a data record. From this point, the user can add, duplicate or delete additional records. With the location and GPS feature, inBound™ Pro captures the actual location of where the data was entered – ideal for validating the accuracy of the data.

Once the form is selected from the list, the form, and any associated data (documents, video files, etc.) are downloaded to the iPad / iPhone. Each form can be customized with various field types to collect or present information. Since each form is custom, the type of keyboard displayed for each field can change based on field type.

inBound™ Pro allows for video playback and data tracking for videos played. The ability to track when, where and duration of the video provides key data to those who need to track what videos are watched. With the addition of Apple’s AirPlay technology, videos can be projected to TV’s or devices connected to an Apple TV device or when connected to a VGA iPad adapter for screen mirroring.

Once the user saves data on a form, they have the option of saving to a cloud or emailing it. Each form can have unlimited data records, so the history of the data captured is not only local to the iPad, but saved in a .csv file and emailed or uploaded to the cloud for archiving. With embedded search capability, the user can easily search through records and filter based on search criteria.

inBound™ Pro has built-in support and help screens for the application and each data collection form. The HELP screen for each form can be customized to display the steps needed to capture data and complete the form.

Lastly, inBound™ Pro provides the user the ability to customize the background of each form depending on desired look and feel and the ability to rotate the form from portrait to landscape for easier data collection.
