The Intermedix IMX Messages application incorporates the functionality of the CORES Web messaging module into a flexible, intuitive app that you can easily use on-the-go. It integrates with the Web version so that authorized CORES clients have access to many of the same messaging features available on the Web. With this app, you can both send and receive emergency-related alerts and notifications on your mobile device at any time.

Your System Administrator must assign you the correct permissions before you are able to use this application.

When using IMX Messages, you can:

• Compose a basic message

• Compose a message from a pre-existing template

• View responses and send follow-up messages to groups of recipients

• Respond immediately to alerts and notifications that you receive

IMX Messages equips you with notification options for any emergency that arises. You can quickly create a short basic message where your name is always listed as the sender, or you can use one of the templates from your CORES web messaging module. Additionally, you can view and manage any attachments associated with a template and send the attachments with your notification. Should your notification differ from the templates available, you can change some of the template details to meet your current needs.

We make adding message recipients easier than ever by allowing you to select from your organizations or perform a search to bring up users in your system. For alerts which require immediate action, you can define response options and manage your sent messages to view the responses as soon as they are available. Send further details about the emergency to users who responded positively to your notification by selecting the Reply All option.

You can also quickly access your Inbox to manage incoming alerts and notifications while away from your desk.
