All listings of the largest property portals at a glance – search all listings on Homegate, Immoscout24, Newhome and other Swiss portals simultaneously. Thus, you will easily find the house or flat you wish to rent or buy.
Now you can automatically synchronise your search alert and favourites between your iPhone, iPad and PC – and always be up to date on all your devices. You can also create a new search alert directly in the app. Furthermore, you will receive a push notification directly to your iPhone as soon as a new listing appears which corresponds to your search criteria.
The features of the earlier versions are, of course, still available. This includes the well-organised display of the property offers in a list or the convenient map search feature. The exclusive Comparis rating shows you with which apartments you can save money. Or you can look up the real estate prices in the surrounding area or previous listings – comparis.ch makes house-hunting easier for you.
