iLido is a management application for bathing establishments, specifically designed and developed for iPad®.
iLido ensures a rapid and astonishing ease of use, and an unparalleled reliability.
Moreover, iLido does not need server or further installations.

★SEASONS
Simultaneous management of many seasons, even relative to different bathing establishments.

★BEACH CONFIGURATION
16 types of default equipments are included (even pedal boat, rowing boat and water sports equipments). Moreover, you can create your own type of equipment simply choosing name and photo.
Create how many sectors you like, endowed with how many equipments you want. Furthermore, you only have to tap and hold a sector to move it in the position you like.
You can apply a possibly different style to each sector, choosing among 10 different default styles (e.g. normal, upper curve...ecc.). In this way equipments will be automatically placed on the beach according with the chosen style.

★RATES
Definition of any number of periods, to which you can associate the rates.
Definition of prices, categorised in minutes, hours, days, seasonal. In this way you will be able to manage the rent of all equipments that need to be rented by minutes or hours.
Creation of packages (e.g. Umbrella + 2 Lounge chairs) and relative rates.
Setting of rate by row or by the whole sector.

★CLIENTS
Clients management with search by name, surname or document id.
Organizing of clients into categories.
To insert a client you only need to fill in three compulsory fields: name, surname and category. Other data can be inserted later.

★RESERVATIONS
An easy and intuitive interface allows to view reservations and their status (Not Paid, Advanced, Paid), the situation of the beach and the available equipments.
Search of reservations by name, surname or client’s document id.
Checking of the status of reservations and the beach layout according to the desired date.
Setting of the zoom of the beach by using two fingers (and pinching). In this way you could pass in a blink of an eye from a global view to a detail of an equipment (e.g. Umbrella).

Creation of a new reservation with a few gestures: you tap a free equipment and choose or insert a new client.
One more gesture to create a new reservation with package.
You can also add extra to a reservation (e.g. parking, shower, etc.)

★PAYMENTS
Payments management with search by name, surname or client’s document id.
Discount management by amount or percentage.
Management of many advances, even for the same reservation.
Keeping track of different types of payment: cash, bank transfer and credit card.
Filtering of the payments list by type.

★INVOICES AND RECEIPTS
Management and generating invoices and payment receipts.
Customization of invoices and receipts with your own logo and data.

★STATISTICS
Clients chart, in this way you will always know who your best clients are.
Statistics on the number and the amount of reservations, organized by status.
Statistics on the number and the amount of payments, organized by type.
Statistics on the revenues by equipment, sector and package.

★PRINT AND SHARING
Printing of beach layout, rates list, invoices and payment receipts with AirPrint™.
Sharing of beach layout, rates list, invoices, payment receipts or even the whole season via iTunes® file sharing or via email.
Importing of iLido seasons from email attachments or iTunes® file sharing.
