iHoliday calculates an employee's current and future statutory paid leave entitlement based on the number of days, hours or shifts worked per week. Adjustments can be made to the entitlement for employees who start and/or leave during the holiday year.

Whilst the default values are based on the current statutory values applicable from 1 April 2009 in the UK, these values can be changed and saved by the user and therefore iHoliday may be applicable for the similar calculation of holiday entitlement in other countries - it is the user's responsibility to determine compliance with their current holiday entitlement methodology.
