This first release lets you identify your personal drivers that have been transmitted to you through your parents, according to the transactional analysis concept of drivers and miniscripts originally put forth by Kahler and Capers. Once you've taken the test that consists of 50 questions, you will know which are your prefered drivers, and more importantly, you will receive lots of background information on how these drivers influence your daily behaviour, and how you can use them to become more successful and improve your social skills. Especially if you have a leadership position, this knowledge will support you in developing your leadership skills through improved self management.
