iFoundAPet allows users to take a photo of a stray pet they have found on the streets, and post the photo (and the location where it was taken) on a community bulletin board. Pet owners looking for their lost dogs or cats can search the bulletin board, to see if their pet has been spotted, and where exactly it was located. The app does not report the animal to Animal Services, in this way assisting its owners to retrieve the pet, prior to it being taken in to the local Animal Shelter.
