ielf is a DIY photographic property inventory app for landlords, tenants and agents, to create a simple but effective photo inventory in minutes!
The application will allow you to record the following:
Details of the property.
Details of the person preparing the report.
Pictures of meter readings.
Pictures of each room, along with comment/description.
Each picture is certified when uploaded, with a time and date stamp.
Once finished taking pictures,the data will be uploaded to our servers, to produce a preview of the report, and an option will be given to purchase the report.
Option to electronically sign the report, and send to the other parties to sign electronically.
