If you want to have (as we did) a cool notebook to write in, if you are in a biiig search to have a handy list at the groceries, that doesn`t make you even more bored by looking at, as you already are from doing the shopping... :)

Make your own list - any kind of - not just to fill your fridge... but to make a list of your „to do”s, email addresses, your new cute acquaintances or old friends and last but not least: your ideas. (if they concern our app please feel free to drop us a mail... thanx)

Before you`d go shopping open your app and choose option „create list”.
Make your own categories with the help of post its. No restrictions on the category names as your post it titles are editable.
Need to create a lengthy list? No worries, you can make lists expanding over several pages. Tap on the dog’s ear in either bottom corner to turn pages forward or back.
If you are all done with your list just hit the pencil saying „go shopping”.

When at the groceries (shop, store, etc.) open your app again, this time choosing option „shopping”.
You can easily remove the already purchased items from your list by tapping on them.
When you already have everything in your basket just hit the pencil saying „finished” and your list will be cleared. If you want to keep your list for some future occasions choose „Home” instead of the pencil.

You can use idealist right away, you don`t need much instructions, but...
...after downloading it`s worth to take a look at the settings menu of your iPhone / iPod Touch. There you have a CHOICE... ;)
