Application Description

Have all your farm data available everywhere (even disconnected) and easily collect new or change existing data.
iCropTrak is a flexible map based app that can be used with any crop: Soy, Corn, Wheat, Flowers, Pecans, Cotton, Vegetables, Sod/Hay, and more.
All changes are sent via wifi or cellular to your iCropTrak Amazon cloud account (Domain) to support consolidating, formatting, reporting, and sharing your data.
Know the history or current status of any asset, field, zones, or work order by just tapping on the map to select the information you want displayed.
Plan: Create a plan for your fields that covers all your tasks and inputs quickly. Assign labor allocation using an intuitive time keeping interface. View the data in sequence on a calendar. Calculate the T&M costs per form.
Task: Turn your plans into work orders for equipment and employees. Assign the task, the documentation form, and the event information (time, date, equipment, spray mix, etc.). Follow along with progress with just a sync.
Measure: Crop quality, estimated yield, pests, diseases, weeds, spray recording, food safety inspections, farm labor, material and equipment use, and more on farm, field, and zone levels.
Document: GAP/Food Safety, spray reporting, irrigation, problems with pest/weed infestations, growth stages, tissue samples, and more. Use sketching and photos to annotate problems areas or highlight information.
Display: Aerial images, analysis images, vectors for VARIS, Soils, Variable rate files, harvest, plant, etc., GIS boundaries and features, location of your measurements, and much more.
Record: Any farm related variable (forms and measurements are completely customizable) through a map-based visualization with photos, barcodes, and text/audio notes. Irrigation, equipment, personnel, and other asset usage per farm and field. Annotations/sketching of the fields to call up later.
Report: Overlay reports on the ipad maps with plotting. More complex paper reports from the ipad or the web. Subscribe, batch, or one at a time in a number of open formats; HTML, PDF, RTF, XLS, CSV.
iCropTrak features background location tracking and continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
