This is a condo buying checklist rating app. Each condo you view, you are able to go through the checklist and rate how important that list item is to you, then, rate the condo on how well it scores that item.

Example, Its very important that the condo have a good swimming pool to you, you give it a 3 for “Very Important”. You go to view a condo, and the pool is “ok”. Rate it a 2 then.

The app will then add up all the scores for all the sections so you can compare all the condos you look at and know with one glance what condo has the higher score and in what section. You are also able to add or delete you own list items, and turn on or off items that do not apply.

Know in a second what condo location is better suited for you, or what condo has better amenities. No need to try to remember all the details of every unit you visit, all the data is right there for you. From maps location to photos of the unit, to all the details of the condo and what you think them.
