Icon Toolkit is a conversion tool that lets you generate Mac icns and Windows icon. It can also export 20+ kinds of image formats from icns/icon.
You start converting the icon by dragging and dropping many kinds of image file, just like png, bitmap, jpeg, jpeg2000, gif, .etc.
You can also drag and drop Mac icns or Windows icon file, the App will extract the icon automatically. so you can right click on the each size image to save it as other image format.
