With Farmers iClaim now on the iPhone 5, you are never far from your Farmers HelpPoint® because with a simple shake of your phone, you can instantly call Farmers HelpPoint®. Additionally one can use iFarmers through iClaim to view bills, find agents, and obtain driving directions to nearby services.

iClaim helps with collecting and storing accident photos, driver information and vehicle information. This information can be e-mailed to an agent or claims representative, and you can elect to receive a copy.

iClaim contains support for adding multiple car, home and commercial policies, along with the multiple vehicles or properties that a policy could cover. Property inventory sets are fully supported so that inventories can be maintained for each property within a policy.

When claims are created within iClaim, damage details are identified using 3D vehicle and property models.

Homeowners and business owners can also photograph property damage and can e-mail the photos to their agent or claims representative. There’s even a home and business inventory function that allows one to document valuables.

Additionally, Helpful Hints videos are provided for selected homeowner issues, and they can be viewed in either portrait or landscape mode.
