This app creates a nice iOS 7 themed Lock Screen with your own image for your iPhone with your ICE contact in four simple steps
1. Select the image you want to use
2. Choose the contact you want to set as your ICE Contact
3. Position the image and information bar
4. Save and set the image as your background image.
ICE Lock Screen also enables you to easily position your image for enhanced control over how the image is positioned on the lockscreen.
