The idea for this app comes from Certified Execute Pastry Chef Adalberto Diaz, as professional approach, to the calculation of bakers percentages and scaling of baking recipes.

This app will help professional bakers, home bakers and culinary students to:

- Calculate bakers percentages if the weight of the ingredients are known
- Change the recipe and ingredient units from/to grams, kilograms, ounces and
pounds
- Recalculate total recipe weight in a snap
- Store recipes in an organize manner with easy category browsing.
