IBabySIt creates a market place where parents can post jobs for babysitters or nannies, without paying an intermediary. They can send a message to all the babysitters / nannies registered in their areas or only the one they have listed as their favorites. Parents will input the date, the time, the hourly wage, the length of the job and any requirements they might have. Their children details will be registered avoiding the need to input them every time. Postulants then apply for the job, and can ask more money. Parents can accept the postulant, decline her offer, or short-list her. Parents can also read reviews and ratings for this babysitter that have been posted by other users. The parents contact details will be given to the applicant only after confirmation from both sides. Parents will be able to access the database with the previous ad they have posted.
