-------------------------------------------------
The iA™ is a full-function, professional, clinical audiometer that meets ANSI 3.6-2010 and EN Standards. The iA can be calibrated in the same manner as any traditional audiometer (Calibration Instructions are included). Compatible transducers are; TDH-39, TDH-49, DD45, ER-3, ER-5 and B71). Features include: AC/BC, Masking, Speech, Stenger Test, Tone Decay, ABLB, PI-PB Function and The Tinnitus Evaluation Program (TEP™). A customized, self-populated Clinical Report can be automatically generated from the current evaluation, as well as prior test results, into one comprehensive Report. Results can be stored in a database, saved to a file, printed, or emailed. Stimulus selections include: Tones (steady, warble or pulsed), Noise (White or NB) and can be delivered by AC or BC. Tone Decay test offers two procedure choices (Olsen & Noffsinger or Carhart). The Tone Decay has a built in timer that can be set from 40-80 seconds. Results are recorded as Positive or Negative. The ABLB allows you to set the Fixed Ear and the Variable Ear. You can evaluate four different frequencies and the results are displayed on ladder-grams. In the Stenger Tone test, the amplitude for the Better ear is set and the amplitude for the Questionable ear is varied. Results are recorded as Positive or Negative. Speech tests include pre-recorded SRT and SD word lists. Results are automatically calculated as a percentage for speech discrimination results. A masking feature is available when needed. The PI-PB Function test has pre-recorded word lists and results are automatically calculated as a percentage. The Psst!™ is a picture pointing test for assessing speech discrimination and SRT with those who cannot say the words. There are six pictures per screen (one correct and five foils). An example of a carrier phrase is; “ball”…..”see the ball”…..”touch the ball”. Each time one of the pictures is touched, the response is scored as correct or incorrect and the results are automatically recorded. The TEP™ is a test to evaluate tinnitus. The components include; 1) frequency matching, 2) intensity matching, 3) minimum masking level and 4) residual inhibition. As with all of these tests, a Clinical Report is automatically generated that compiles all of your results into a narrative version and/or a narrative and graphic version. Prior results can be retrieved and integrated into your Clinical Report for comparisons and treatment outcome results over time.
