Shake it up – Sweat it out!

The slot machine of workouts – you never know what you’re going to get but you’re always a winner. The workouts are based on the CrossFit philosophy which incorporates a wide variety of functional movements done at high intensity. Experience select workouts developed by webleberties Kelly Starrett and Adrian Bozman of San Francisco CrossFit.

Hopper is easy to use – simply shake your iPhone or pull the lever and voila, you get a work out. You’ll get one of more than 100 different workouts including "Girls" and "Heros.”

New work outs will be continually added.
