* Type a phone number and hit "Call"
* Your phone rings and you are connected
* When they put you on hold, press * then 7
* Hang up, and Holdr waits on hold for you
* When an agent gets on the line, Holdr calls you back
If the agent hangs up, Holdr will call you back and let you reconnect the call. Don't worry, you won't be forgotten!
You can also have Holdr call you back at a different number so you can place a call on your cell phone and rejoin it on your desk phone when the agent is ready to talk to you.
