TASKS

— Mark as done: completing tasks is as easy as swiping. Just pick any task and swipe to the right to mark it as done. Very handy.

— Inbox: it's the place to add your tasks when you’re in hurry (and don’t want to fill in all the details), or when you’re not ready to decide on your tasks. It's like a quick pocket for your new tasks.

— Quick Add: the always visible entry bar at the bottom of the screen will help you add new tasks in no time: tap & type, and you're done. Yes, it’s blazingly fast.

— Quick Panel: whenever you need to add (or modify) one detail on a task, you don't need to go to full edit mode. Just swipe to the left and the Quick Panel will pop up. It gives you quick access to the most useful actions: set due dates, mark with star, move to other list, delete… It's a huge time saver.

— Star your tasks: highlight important to-dos with a star, and you will never miss another special task. And with the Quick Panel this action only takes two seconds. Because every tap counts!

TRACKS

Tracks are like playlists for working, letting you focus better on the meaningful information. Instead of showing everything, as in a regular task list, Tracks show the tasks and events you need to focus on. This version includes two tracks that will definitely improve your workflow:

— Today: it brings together all the tasks that are due today, as well as all the events and appointments that take place today. All the important activity for the next few hours is already there, so there’s no need to go anywhere else. This track is perfect to start the day with because it’s 100% focused on what's next.

— Upcoming: it shows your activity for the next few days and weeks. In a visual timeline you’ll find all your tasks with a deadline, and the events scheduled for the next few days. This can help you in many ways:

CALENDAR

Hightrack includes a deliciously clean Calendar to organize your events, appointments, meetings and trips. It has three main sections: Agenda, Week and Month, and it gives you full control over your events: you can set alarms, add tags, set location or create repeating events.

You can manage your Hightrack calendar, or even sync one of your GCalendars (in read-only mode). You can easily import your GCal from our web app.

WEB APP
