Application Description
HESSRay is a monitoring software for HESS cash-machine-products (attention: version 1.0 only supports CoinIn-products, CoinIn_V1-3 and higher!).
You can quickly see if there is a problem with one of the devices inside the machine.
The status of each device is displayed solely graphically.
It gives you a first hint, that you have to check the device in the service menu of the machine.
ATTENTION: Please be aware, that this software only makes sense in combination with a HESS CoinIn-product at hand! In order to connect to a machine you will need full TCP/IP-network-access to the machine on the port 8000! Ask your administrator if you will be able to connect HESSRay with your CoinIn-product.
Please rate the software only if you are able to successfully connect to a machine!
