אפליקציה אינטראקטיבית זו נועדה לעזור לילדי הגן ולילדי כיתה א' להכיר וללמוד את אותיות הא'-ב' בדרך קלה ונעימה.
האפליקציה מלווה בציורים, טקסט ושמע.

לכל אחת מן האותיות מובא דימוי שמזכיר אותו בצורתו הגראפית, ואשר שמו מתחיל בצליל שאותה אות מביעה. לדוגמא: ד' - דחליל (האות ד' מצוירת כדחליל, ששמו מתחיל בצליל ד').

קישור זה בין שם האות לצורתה ולצלילה יוצר תגובה מותנית, כך שבכל פעם שהילד יראה את האות ד' הוא יראה לפניו את הדחליל והצליל ד' יתנגן באוזניו. הקישור עוזר לילד לזכור את האותיות: בכל פעם שהוא רואה אותן - הוא לומד אותן.

בנוסף מוגש סיפור קצרצר שנלווה לאיור של האות, ולקוח מעולם המושגים והדימויים של הילד. סיפור זה מחזק עוד יותר את הקישור שנוצר אצלו בין האות לבין הצליל שלה.

תכני האפליקציה נוצרו ע"י אשת החינוך נעמי שושני, מורה בכירה בעלת MA בתרפיה הבעתית ומאבחנת דידקטית מוסמכת. בעלת 26 שנות ניסיון בהוראה, רובן כמורה להוראה מתקנת.

נעמי עובדת שנים רבות בהקניית הקריאה והכתיבה לילדים בכיתות הנמוכות. הרעיון ושיטת העבודה שמובאים באפליקציה זו נולדו והתפתחו תוך כדי התנסות וחיפוש אחרי דרכים שונות לסייע לתלמידים ברכישת הקריאה.

הצלחתה של דרך העבודה הזו והרצון לעזור למספר רב ככל האפשר של ילדים הם שדחפו את נעמי שושני ליצירת אפליקציה זו.

This interactive application (visual and audio) is designed to help children at kindergarten and primary school age learn the Hebrew letters in an easy and joyful way.

Each one of the letters is represented by an imagery which resembles its form and begins in the same letter it represents. For example: The letter "Dalet" – "Dachlil" (scarecrow. The letter Dalet is designed as a scarecrow whose name starts with the letter "Dalet").

Pronunciation help - The application features the special PRONUNCE button for each letter.

Linking the letter's name, shape and pronunciation creates a reflex in the child, in a way that every time s/he sees the letter "Dalet", s/he would see the scarecrow in his minds eyes and the sound of the letter would come to his/hers ears. This link helps the child remember the letters: every time s/he sees them – he learns them.

Additionally, each letter imagery is followed by a short story taken from the imagery world of the child. This story helps to strengthen the link between the letter and its pronunciation.

The content of this application was written by education-expert Naomi Shoshani, an MA in expressional therapy and a qualified didactic diagnostic teacher, with a track record of 26 years in teaching, most of them in corrective-teaching.

Naomi has been working for many years in instilling reading and writing to first grade's students. The ideas and method behind this application is the result of continuous search for different ways to assist her pupils acquire reading skills.

The success of this method and Noami's goal to help as many children as possible have pushed her to create this application.
