Application Description
As summer arrives, the temperature rises. Heat Index is a simple application that lets the user enter the air temperature and the relative humidity. Press calculate and the application will determine the heat index temperature. Temperature can be entered in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
This application uses formulas that are best suited for temperatures greater than 80 degrees Fahrenheit and at least 40% humidity.
No graphics to take up memory, just simple data entry and a quick calculation.
Also available is Temperature Calc which combines three apps into one: Dew Point, Heat Index, & Wind Chill Calculator.
