The HealthMi app is intended to replace the standard spread sheets everyone seems to make when tracking the progress of a diet or other health statistics. To make it useful it goes the next step of taking those numbers and making them meaningful by telling you what category you are in based on your profile data (for example a BMI of 27 might not mean much, but this app will tell you if that is considered overweight, normal, underweight, etc.). The app also tracks your progress over time with a colorful, multi-function line graph. With this app you can track weight, BMI, body fat percentage, visceral fat, skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate (with the Harris Benedict formula for activity level), calorie intake, body age, resting heart rate, blood pressure, cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, thyroid, mg/dl (blood sugar), exercise and sleep. Some of these categories can be calculated for you based on other info you enter, others you would enter yourself based on a number of different sources you may already use (scale, blood sugar monitor, lab blood work, b/p cuff, etc.).

Only enter what you want. If you track only certain items, or track various items sporadically, the graph will track using your last point.

Export data. Should you wish to share your data with a physician or other individual, this app allows you to compose an email with your data inserted in an easy to read table.
