With Health Live you can connect to your doctor in secure video appointments from your iPhone or iPad. Your doctor can even share documents, test results or images such as X-rays with you during your appointment.
Health Live also allows you to take notes and save your messaging history for future reference.
You need to be registered for Health Live by your NHS doctor or a service administrator before you can log in and use the app. The schedule tab shows your upcoming appointments and you will be sent reminders 24 hours, 1 hour and 10 minutes before appointments are due to start.
Health Live can also be used to connect healthcare workers in 1-2-1 calls or multi-party video-conferences; ideal for MDT meetings or simply a convenient way to avoid unnecessary travel.
There is no fee for account registration and there is no paid upgrade option outside the app.
