HDMobile is a free iPod/iPhone client for Help Desk Authority that allows technicians to stay on top of open tickets and issues while on the go. Techs can connect in real-time to their Help Desk System from any location with their mobile devices where Internet is available.

If you do not have a HDA server installed you can access a Demo server to evaluate functionality on the following features:
- Enter new help desk issues
- View and update existing issues
- View customers, contacts and other stored information quickly
