Citizens can participate as active information providers in their municipality and can send reports:
As a smart client application for citizens, HelloHere! leverages the advanced rich functionality of the iPhone.
Directly from the iPhone service tickets with photo and GPS data will be generated, which then be efficiently processed and tracked in the case management/editorial system.
The public administration is able to approve the case and initiate a coordinated case through the responsible authorities. Feedback to the citizen, case monitoring and reporting are obvious.
An additional community website with reports of all citizens is available as an option.
