The how to be (h2b) Safer for iPhone app shows you ‘how to’ change iPhone settings to ensure content is safer for you or a child using the device.

It guides you through the steps required to configure the safety settings on an iPhone.

Using the appropriate safety settings can prevent the iPhone downloading explicit content, unsuitable apps, movies and much more.

The h2b Safer for iPhone app includes five sections. The first three are specific to the iPhone:

1. Setting your Passcode
2. One Click safety settings
3. Age Specific safety settings

In these sections you can:

• Watch a demonstration
• Read detailed information
• Listen to instructions as you complete the steps

Sections four and five relate to general Internet safety advice, information, notifications and an interactive safety quiz:

4. Safety Centre
5. Quiz

This app is easy to access, simple to understand and intuitive to use. It will help you to configure the iPhone’s restrictions to meet your family’s safety requirements.
