maren's Martial Arts Institute presents the basic course work for the beginner level student seeking to learn the chinese martial arts system. The Gung Fu G101 course work includes the very basic falls, rolling, and stances. The falls and rolls are taught in a 3 position process, position 1 is presented in this app. This is the first in a series of apps providing an opportunity, through online education, taking the student from white sash (beginner) through the black sash (instructor) level curriculum. *Internet access required
