Grief Relief is based off of widely used grief therapy techniques and gives you the ability to release harbored feelings in a safe and private manor.

Grief Relief gives you 7 categories to choose from and two options for disposal.

The first option is to send your letter by way of Dove Delivery. This method slides your letter into an envelope and a dove flies in to pick it up and carry it away to a better place. This is good for the grief section, as well as a few other sections.

The second option is for you more cynical folks! You have the option to light your letter on fire and watch it burn to ash. This is good for the anger section and also the breakups section.

You do have access to both options in all categories.

This app will be updated with more sections and disposal options shortly.

WARNING: Your writing will be saved in each category as long as you have saved it...
BUT if you hit the delivery buttons your letter will be sent and it will be gone. That is the point of this app so DO NOT press a delivery button unless you are ready to let go!
