Application Description
GotchApp is a location based multiplayer game that uses your GPS location. Hunt & tag spies, spy drones & checkpoints in the real world with real people! But make sure you don't get tagged by other spies!
Get off the couch, go outside and start hunting!
What is it?
GotchApp is a mix of the outdoor games tag, hide and seek and foursquare.
How does it work?
• You see yourself on the map.
• Next to yourself you see spy drones (they move) and checkpoints (they don’t move).
• If there are other players around you will see them on the map as well.
• The goal is to hunt & tag other players, spy drones & checkpoints.
• But make sure you don't get tagged by other players.
• You tag other players, spy drones and checkpoints by reaching them within a certain distance.
• This distance can vary as it depends on your GPS and internet connection.
• You don’t see the player who has to tag you but you know the distance between your follower and you.
Play it anytime and anywhere:
• You play GotchApp outside, the real world is your playground.
• GotchApp covers the whole world. It doesn’t matter if you’re in Amsterdam, New York, Cape Town or Hong Kong, you can play GotchApp anywhere. We don’t cover Mars yet but we’re working on it.
GotchApp is easy and free to play.
