Gopen is designed from the ground up as a two-handed portrait sketching app. If you find other drawing apps both slow and annoying to use, you should give Gopen a spin. To avoid breaking the flow when you are sketching, you operate the interface with the device-holding hand, and access the tools with your drawing hand. The result is an efficient and clean sketching experience that doesn't get in the way of the fun.

You can customize Gopen to your needs by dragging the tools to where you want them on the screen. Additionally the app features:

You can adjust the width of the thin and thick pencil in the Settings app, as well as some other options. An update will be submitted shortly after Dropbox releases the Saver drop-in SDK, so you can save your layered sketches as Photoshop files to your drop box.
