Application Description
Gooroo is a free easy-to-use app with sixteen 90-minute practices designed for youth coaches. Developed by Hall of Fame coach Tara VanDerveer, Gooroo’s basketball curriculum takes coaches through age-appropriate drills featuring video, instructions and coaching tips.

TEACH AND PRACTICE BASIC SKILLS.
Each practice includes 12-15 drills that cover all the basic skills your team needs to master. Even if you’re starting from square one, Gooroo makes it simple to build your team’s confidence. They’ll learn ball handling, dribbling, passing, shooting and everything in-between, building on strengths as you go.
INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS MAKE COACHING A SLAM DUNK.
Gooroo drills also include concise instructional videos. You can watch Tara VanDerveer and her players run each drill on the court, eliminating all the guesswork from your coaching. Best of all, it’s all right on your mobile device, so help is always there when you need it.
PLAYS AND DRILLS DIAGRAMED FOR YOUR TEAM.
