goloco merchant edition allows any business to set up a stamp based loyalty program with social network integration, mobile apps and the ability to serve any customer with loyalty cards whether or not they own a smart phone.
goloco allows a merchant to start their loyalty program in minutes, just download the free app, fill in some basic information about the loyalty scheme and it is up and running with no administrative hassle. As it's based on a freemium service its easy to evaluate whether its right for a business without having to spend any money.
Unlike a normal paper card based system, goloco helps a merchant build business using social networks and provides instant business measurement by showing how many cards, stamps and rewards are given.
goloco provides the power of a big company's loyalty scheme to be used by the smallest corner store or even merchants who are completely mobile and don't operate out of a fixed location.
goloco allows a merchant to issue up to 50 loyalty cards for free.
Merchants who wish to issue loyalty cards to more than 50 customers can purchase a subscription to a premium service which allows the ability to issue unlimited numbers of loyalty cards and provides additional benefits such as a true customised loyalty card logo and enhanced support.
The following comments only apply to merchants who decide to sign up to the premium service.
A merchant signing up to the premium subscription will be charged by their iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
The premium subscription purchase is for a 90 day access. Once this subscription has expired, the merchant can purchase a further 90 day subscription or can return to the free plan. Under the free plan as a minimum their first 50 customers always remain free.
Once purchased, a premium subscription may not be refunded.
If a merchant has issued less than the full 50 free loyalty cards then subscribes to the premium service but finds they do not issue many cards and as a result their subscription expires with fewer than 50 cards issued, they will still be able to issue up to the total of 50 free cards when they return to the free service.
The premium service is entirely optional and its possible to use the free service on a continuous basis if a merchant only needs to issue up to 50 loyalty cards.
