Listen to the CoreTempo tones to guide your swing to consistent tempo. Tempos include 82, 86, 90, 95, 100, 106, 113, 120, and 129 beats per minute. Each tempo includes 5 different swing ratios: 2.25, 2.5, 2.75, 3.0, and 3.25 that cover swings spanning from short sandwedge swings to driver swings.
