The Delgado GOG score helps predict cancer recurrence after radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer and thus the need for adjuvant radiotherapy. The score is calculated by multiplying the relative risks for the tumour depth by that for the clinical tumour size by that for capillary or lymphatic space invasion.
