Each of us has its own desires, goals in life. Someone wants to be rich, make a career, someone wants to become more confident in himself, overcome indecision and learn to say "no." But to achieve any goal you need motivation, mood and you need to monitor your daily progress toward the goal. Unfortunately, we often forget all the small steps we made on our way to the goal.
The App "Goals Achiever" is made specifically for creating the necessary motivation and activation of our consciousness to achieve the goal. The basis of the application is the power of thoughts.
Section "Goals" will help you to find your most important goals at present.
Section "Affirmations" will allow you to create affirmations to achieve your goal (we have made some examples). Each affirmation should be recorded with your OWN voice. It will be necessary in the exercises.
Section "Diary" is designed specifically to monitor your progress. Write down every step, even a small step you made to achieve your goal.
In section "Training" you will work every day with your goals and affirmations. You will read, listen and write them. The App also has a special music for self-hypnosis. It will help you to double the effect of affirmations.
Special mention to the exercise "Sweet Dreams". Your voice will be laid over meditative music, and every 5 seconds you will hear voiced affirmations. We recommend doing this exercise before going to bed in the headphones. World psychologists say that own voice is perceived by consciousness 10x times better than voice of any coach.
