This guide to the Lake Thoreau Environmental Center provides visitors with a structured and fun tour of the property. It provides information on the natural landscape, plant life, and animals of Lake Thoreau. The University of Southern Mississippi and Loyola University New Orleans created this app thanks to a grant from the National Science Foundation Informal Science Education Grant - OUTSIDE: Over, Under and Through: Students Informally Discover the Environment (#004916).
